Does Flexstyle ship overseas?

At the moment, we ship locally in Singapore, but we are also looking for opportunities to bring great products to everyone so stay tuned on our social media for further updates on international shipment

When will I receive my order and what kind of postage is used?

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 working days and you will receive it within 5 working days. Normal mail is used for all orders and is complimentary however you can opt for Singpost Smartpac at $3.50 if you wish. Free Smartpac delivery will be provided for orders above $80.

Do I have to register an account to purchase?

Registration of account is not necessary however we strongly recommend to have an account with us so that you can keep track of your past purchases.

Do you wrap your products before shipping?

Rest assured, all products ordered with us are with bubble wrapped. In an unlikely event that you receive a product with unsatisfactory conditions, feel free to reach out to us.

What if my item(s) has been lost in transit? 

If you have opt for ordinary mail and your item(s) has been lost in transit, we will contact the courier for assistance, however we are unable to take responsibility if the item(s) cannot be found. Therefore, we highly recommend you to opt for Singpost Smartpac which is trackable

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Bank Transfer:

After completing an order, customers are required to perform a bank transfer within 24 hours to our POSB Savings account 421-62113-6 and set your ibanking "My Initials" as your order number so that our Finance team can speed up the verification process. 

Upon Successful Verification, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email, whichever is provided by you.

Paypal, Debit/Credit Card:

We also accept Credit card or Debit card payment. Simply select the payment method at checkout! It is as easy as 1,2,3!

Cash on delivery:

Cash on delivery is only applicable for self-collection. Do let our team know beforehand the denomination you are paying so that we can prepare the relevant change!



All of our parcels are facilitated by Singpost.

We highly recommend that the registered mail (Smartpac) option to be selected to prevent lost parcels as registered parcels can be tracked.

We will not be liable for lost parcels in the event that the normal mail option is selected for delivery.
